Hello! I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Boise State University. In 2024, I received my Ph.D. in Political Science from Florida State University. During the 2022-2023 academic year, I was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Ottawa.
I study public policy, state politics, and gender. My research has been featured in American Politics Research, Urban Affairs Review, State Politics & Policy Quarterly, PS: Political Science & Politics, Educational Policy, and Publius: The Journal of Federalism.
I teach several courses in the subfields of public policy and American politics, including The Politics of Health, The American Policy Process, and Polarization in American Politics.
